Bare Fest is a 4 day clothing optional journey into the nature of our being. This is an opportunity to let go of unwanted patterns and conditions, and to celebrate our human bodies just as they are. Let's accept ourselves fully so we may connect deeper than ever before!

Through dancing & movement, meditation, connection workshops, live music, hot-tubbing and simply being together in nature, we will shed our layers and masks and allow our true selves to shine through.

I'll be teaching my very popular "Fifty Shades of Yes: A Class about Conscious Collaborative Consent" to invite you to explore your Sovereign YES and what it means to advocate for it and the YES of other, as well as a new class called "Attachment Theory: A New Way to Look at Relationships and Intimacy" which will cover the basics of attachment theory as well as give you a chance to explore your own attachment style as it engages with the attachment style of others somatically and emotionally.
